Mindfulness predicts student engagement. Self-esteem predicts student engagement. Mindfulness also increases student engagement through increased self-esteem. 摘要

学生的学习参与对于创造积极的、创造性的和有趣的学习是必不可少的。不幸的是,并不是所有的学生都在认知、情感和行为上投入到学习中。本研究旨在证明自尊可以中介正念与学生投入之间的关系。这项相关研究涉及东楠榜县四所高级/职业高中的469名学生。这项研究的结果表明,正念预示着更高的自尊。正念预测学生的参与度。自尊预示着学生的投入。正念还可以通过增强自尊来提高学生的参与度。本研究结果提示,欣赏学生的心理状态和表现在学习过程中的重要性。
