However, the readiness is sometimes not matched by the expected requirements from industrial world. Hence, this study strived to analyze the relationship between creative thinking, problem solving skills, and self-efficacy with the work readiness of Public Vocational High School students in Semarang City. Regarding sample, this study involved 372 students in 6 Public Vocational High School in Semarang City chosen using Cluster Random Sampling. The sample data were collected through the instruments of creative thinking scale, Problem Solving Inventory (PSI), General Self-Efficacy (GSE), and work readiness scale. The findings showed that; creative thinking, problem solving skills and self-efficacy had positive relationships with work readiness. In details, self-efficacy variable owned the strongest relationship among other variables. 摘要

学生™工作准备程度与个人能力有关,如创造性思维、解决问题的能力和自我效能感。然而,准备工作有时与工业界的预期要求不匹配。因此,本研究试图分析三宝垄市公立职业高中学生的创造性思维、问题解决技能和自我效能感与工作准备之间的关系。在样本方面,本研究采用整群随机抽样的方法对三宝垄市6所公立职业高中的372名学生进行了调查。样本数据采用创造性思维量表、问题解决量表(PSI)、一般自我效能感(GSE)和工作准备量表。研究结果表明:;创造性思维、问题解决能力和自我效能感与工作准备呈正相关。具体而言,自我效能感变量与其他变量的相关性最强。因此,学生的创造性思维、解决问题的技能和自我效能感越高,面对工业世界和工作世界的工作准备度就越高。
