摘要

在关键绩效指标的基础上,构建了集充分性、供电顺序、节能性、经济性为一体的电力能源平衡评价指标体系,并基于理想解相似性排序偏好技术(TOPSIS),将层次分析法与熵权法相结合,将主观特征与客观特征相结合,作为评价指标权重的计算方法。对电力能量平衡方案进行了综合评价。通过对实际案例的分析,验证了所提出的评价体系和综合评价方法的有效性和正确性。
