摘要

目的:了解体育志愿者的交际能力水平。材料与方法:哈尔科夫国家体育学院(2-4门课程)从事体育志愿活动的学生。对问题进行了理论方法分析;运用“沟通与成就的需要”、“沟通中的自我检查评估”、“马基雅维利主义水平”等方法研究自我评估指标。结果:体育志愿者在交际需求(60.71%)、交际控制(57%)、马基雅维利主义(91%)三个指标上表现出较高的交际能力。马基雅维利主义使他们有机会快速接触周围的人,对周围人的行为反应进行关联,并操纵情绪,同时他们倾向于操纵和展示与人沟通的优势。结论:对体育志愿者进行目的心理和教学准备是必要的,目的心理和教学准备必须包括交际障碍和个人发展障碍。
