摘要

Mentoring and Career Satisfaction Among Emerging Nurse Scholars
The purpose of the study was to examine the relationship between mentoring and career satisfaction among emerging nurse scholars currently pursuing, or who have acquired a doctorate in nursing within the last 10 years.
