The  sample in this study only obtained 38 respondents. The data analysis technique in this research was  path analysis using SmartPLS VS 3.0. 摘要

本研究旨在分析战略导向维度对冠状病毒病大流行期间Kendari市烹饪业务市场绩效的影响。使用的方法是描述性定量与非概率抽样方法与目的抽样技术。这些人是烹饪行业的演员,他们在2019冠状病毒病大流行期间仍然存活下来,并且已经经营了两年多。本研究样本仅获得38名受访者。本研究的数据分析技术是使用SmartPLS vs3.0进行路径分析。结果显示,对具有积极态度并对市场绩效产生重大影响的战略维度进行了分析,以便烹饪业务参与者能够在COVID-19大流行期间改善其市场绩效。
