Finally, the regional friction coefficient was optimized based on the results of simulation analysis and combined with the uniform design method, and the best regional friction characteristics of the Drawing Die has been got, compared to Original of sheet, thickness uniformity has been greatly improved, and the thickness of the thinnest piece of the sheet has also increased, which would enhance the performance of sheet tensile crack, Maximum tangential compressive stress at the same time is also greatly reduced,which relatively also increased the anti-wrinkle properties of sheet. 摘要

本文介绍了激光微复合织构在拉深模表面的应用,这是一种有效控制不同区域摩擦特性的新技术。利用ABAQUS软件建立了圆柱拉伸模的几何形状。分析了法兰和底部材料流动对板料成形的影响,研究了危险区域区域摩擦对板料断裂和起皱的影响。最后,在仿真分析结果的基础上,结合均匀设计方法对区域摩擦系数进行了优化,得到了拉延模的最佳区域摩擦特性,与原拉延模相比,厚度均匀性大大提高,最薄板的厚度也有所增加,从而提高了拉延模抗拉裂性能。同时最大切向压应力也大大降低,这相对也提高了板材的抗皱性能。研究结果对旋转对称拉深板的实验研究和实际制造具有一定的参考价值。
