Geometry shape of the cylinder-shaped Drawing Die model has been established by the ABAQUS software. The effect of the flange and bottom materials flowing was analyzed in the sheet forming, and the sheet fracture and wrinkle under the regional friction was studied at the risk regions. Finally, the regional friction coefficient was optimized based on the results of simulation analysis and combined with the uniform design method, and the best regional friction characteristics of the Drawing Die has been got, compared to Original of sheet, thickness uniformity has been greatly improved, and the thickness of the thinnest piece of the sheet has also increased, which would enhance the performance of sheet tensile crack, Maximum tangential compressive stress at the same time is also greatly reduced,which relatively also increased the anti-wrinkle properties of sheet.
