摘要

在实施知识管理时,进行知识管理就绪度评估是为了降低失败的风险。本研究旨在重新评估CSDI的KM准备程度,以获得CSDI目前的KM准备程度。本研究基于系统回顾前人相关文献所建立的知识管理准备模型来评估知识管理准备。评估结果表明,CSDI已经准备好在组织内实施知识管理,但需要一些改进才能成功实施。
