Pendidikan Maritim dan Logistik Indonesia through questionnaire data. The method used is descriptive quantitative method with primary and secondary data through statistical analysis. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to respondents to get perceptions of the training that was followed. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the implementation of training and human resource development held at PT. Indonesian Maritime and Logistics Education has an effect on the work productivity of participants by 3.75 and is categorized as quite high in its implementation. 摘要
本研究的目的是通过问卷调查的数据,确定影响培训和人力资源开发对印尼PT. Pendidikan Maritim dan Logistik工作效率的效果,受访者的反应和子变量。采用描述性定量方法,对一手资料和第二手资料进行统计分析。通过向受访者分发调查问卷来收集数据,以了解所接受的培训。从所进行的研究结果,可以得出结论,培训和人力资源开发的实施在PT.印度尼西亚海事和物流教育对参与者的工作效率的影响为3.75,在其实施中被归类为相当高。因此,提供给参与者的培训应该产生一个可靠的劳动力或人力资源,相对于每个员工的纪律,以实现公司的目标。
