摘要

在加速试验机上对WO/sub - 3/、Bi/sub - 2/O/sub - 3/、In/sub - 2/O/sub - 3/等几种添加剂对氧化银锡材料的开关性能进行了研究。根据实验结果和对接触表面微观结构的观察,研究了添加剂对银锡氧化触点腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明,添加剂对金属银液与接触面润湿性的影响、添加剂的分布和热稳定性对确定金属银液与接触面的侵蚀特性和形貌特征至关重要。比较了不同添加剂对氧化银锡材料的腐蚀行为,并研究了掺杂对表面形貌的影响。
