Results: (1) The scores in the dimensions of attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance of ECR were (3.89±0.74) and (3.77±0.55), respectively. There are 30.53% of students in this group with a secure attachment style, 12.63% with a preoccupied attachment style, 15.09% with a dimissingattachment style, and 41.75% with a fearful attachment style. (2) The total score of SCL-90 was (1.87±0.47), andthe scores of obsessive-compulsive and interpersonal sensitivity were higher than 2.0, the lower score limit of postive symptom. (3) The positive rates of mental problems of students with different genders and attachment styles were significantly different ( χ 2 =107.598-303.919, all P <.001). Conclusion: The adult attachment and mental health of medical undergraduates need to be improved. 摘要

目的:了解医学本科生成人依恋与心理健康的现状及特点,分析性别和成人依恋类别对医学本科生心理健康的影响。方法:采用分层随机抽样方法,抽取广东省医学本科生855人。采用亲密关系体验量表(ECR)和症状量表(SCL-90)进行调查。结果:(1)依恋焦虑维度和依恋回避维度得分分别为(3.89±0.74)分和(3.77±0.55)分。安全型依恋占30.53%,专注型依恋占12.63%,放弃型依恋占15.09%,恐惧型依恋占41.75%。(2) SCL-90总分为(1.87±0.47)分,强迫和人际敏感得分均高于阳性症状的下限2.0分。(3)不同性别、不同依恋类型学生心理问题阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ 2 =107.598 ~ 303.919, P均< 0.001)。结论:医学本科生的成人依恋和心理健康水平有待提高。性别和成人依恋可能是影响心理健康的重要因素。
