The films exhibit different mechanical properties depending upon the ratio between two polysaccharides which take opposite charges. The mechanical measurements of films and some physical property results showed that intermolecular interactions varied with different chitosan content. 摘要

研究了壳聚糖、海藻酸钠及其共混物在不同组成(2/ 8,4 / 6,5 / 5,6 / 4,8 /2)下的流变性能。通过共混法制备了壳聚糖-海藻酸盐络合膜。壳聚糖-海藻酸盐络合膜的分子间相互作用已通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、粘度测定、力学测量进行了研究。发现壳聚糖和海藻酸盐共混物的红外光谱中-OH、-NH2基团和酰胺Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ的特征吸收带发生了位移。薄膜表现出不同的机械性能取决于两种带相反电荷的多糖之间的比例。膜的力学性能和部分物理性能测试结果表明,壳聚糖含量不同,膜的分子间相互作用也不同。壳聚糖与海藻酸盐的共混为生物医学应用提供了新材料的可能性。
