The test results show that the Menu Variant (X1) with a sig value of 0.020 with a large influence of 0.20 or 20.6% has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Price (X2) with a sig value of 0.001 with a large influence of 0.304 or 30.4% has a negative and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Cafe atmosphere (X3) with a sig value of 0.013 with a large influence of 0.229 or 22.9% has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. 摘要

本研究旨在确定和测试部分和同时变化的菜单(X1)、价格(X2)和咖啡馆氛围(X3)对顾客满意度(Y)的影响。本研究采用定量方法。使用非概率抽样技术,样本数量为97人。数据收集技术通过问卷调查和数据分析技术使用SPSS 25.0多元线性分析。检验结果表明,菜单变体(X1)对消费者满意度的正向显著影响,其sig值为0.020,影响较大,分别为0.20或20.6%。价格(X2)的sig值为0.001,对顾客满意度的影响较大,为0.304或30.4%。咖啡馆氛围(X3)对消费者满意度的正向显著影响,其sig值为0.013,影响较大,为0.229或22.9%。同时,通过同时检验(F检验)可以看出,sig = 000列中的F计数表示小于0.05或000< 0.05的数字,其决定系数值(R2)的影响较大,为0.681或68.1%,而31.9%来自本研究未检查的其他变量。关键词:菜单变化,价格,咖啡馆氛围,顾客满意度
