Therefore, this technology has gradually been widely used in the filling project. However, there are more than ten kinds of continuous compaction control methods, and the applicability of each method is different. Therefore, in order to promote the continuous application of continuous compaction control technology in China. The basic principles of various testing methods for continuous compaction control technology of filling engineering are summarized. The existing continuous compaction control technology testing methods are divided into four categories: (1) compaction method; (2) stiffness/modulus Method; (3) kinetic method; (4) energy method. The calculation process and supporting equipment of each detection method are introduced respectively. The applicability of various methods is analyzed based on the basic theory of various methods. The applicable scope and application suggestions of each detection method are proposed. The results show that the compaction method and energy method can be applied to fine-grained fillers, and the stiffness/modulus method and kinetic method can be applied to coarse-grained fillers and asphalt mixtures. 摘要

与传统的采样质量检测方法相比,连续压实控制技术在实时性、全方位、全面性等方面具有显著的优势。因此,该技术已逐渐在充填工程中得到广泛应用。但是,连续压实控制方法有十多种,每种方法的适用性也不同。因此,为了促进连续压实控制技术在国内的持续应用。总结了充填工程连续压实控制技术各种测试方法的基本原理。现有连续压实控制技术试验方法分为四大类:(1)压实法;(2)刚度/模量法;(3)动力学法;(4)能量法。分别介绍了各种检测方法的计算过程和配套设备。根据各种方法的基本理论,分析了各种方法的适用性。提出了各种检测方法的适用范围和应用建议。结果表明,压实法和能量法适用于细粒填料,刚度/模量法和动力学法适用于粗粒填料和沥青混合料。根据具体工程条件,选择合适的连续压实控制试验方法,可以获得满意的应用效果。
