摘要

中国政府在2020年发放了大量消费券,以刺激受疫情影响严重的餐馆、商场和其他实体店的消费。本文旨在探讨当前在城市层面实施的消费券计划是否对消费产生积极影响。本文首先进行了假设检验,但未发现发行不同数量券的城市之间存在显著差异。在此基础上,本文采用分布式滞后模型,利用滞后权值的经验估计和Almon方法计算优惠券的数值影响。
