The results show that subsidizing consumers will not lead to better socio-economic development, but it will definitely benefit the operation of B&M retailer. 摘要

新冠肺炎疫情对零售市场消费者的购物行为产生了重大影响。本文考虑了一个由实体零售商和网络零售商组成的竞争市场,运用博弈论构建了竞争环境下的霍特林模型。考虑无政府补贴、消费者补贴和实体零售商补贴三种决策模型,探讨消费者社会距离偏好和政府补贴策略对零售商定价和防疫服务水平的影响。结果表明,对消费者的补贴不会带来更好的社会经济发展,但对零售企业的经营无疑是有利的。在一定程度上,零售企业的防疫服务成本补贴可以提高社会经济水平。
