A gain of 12 dBi is achieved with a half power beam width of 6° and a side lobe level of 19 dB due to the optimized radiating slot elements position and geometry. The tilt angle remains within 2° in the frequency range from 75 GHz to 82 GHz and within only 1° from 77 GHz to 82 GHz respectively.
