Abstract
In the era of disruption characterized by the industrial revolution 4.0 and community 5.0, the need for quality is a must for society. Therefore, this also apply for Theological Seminary in Indonesia. It also has an obligation to implement a quality culture without exception. Any organization that cannot follow the stream can perish. This research will study on what factors that caused quality culture has not been implemented yet in Theological Seminary.
