It is beneficial to evaluate the quality of urban rail transit operating service from the standpoint of user loyalty in order to improve the quality of the service. Based on the perspective of user loyalty, this paper firstly establishes the evaluation system of urban rail transit operation service quality indexes based on the principles of index selection and factors affecting the quality of rail transit operation services. Secondly, a model for evaluating the quality of urban rail transportation service is created, and the structural equation is utilized to solve the model. Finally, a case study is carried out based on the survey data from Changchun's city rail transportation system. Abstract
