Abstract

The results have been given at the paper of studying feed additive at the base of humic acids effect on body weight and slaughter yield dynamics in meat quails Radonezhskaya breed. Sensory and physic-chemical and microbiologic quail meat characteristics research has confirmed this meat high quality. Feed additive introduction to poultry diet has promoted poultry production and meat quality improvement.
