Abstract
The results have been given in the paper for morphologic and chemical composition of “Smena 9” broiler cross eviscerated carcasses with average weight 1467.97 g and their separate parts and tissue constitutes. The study has revealed that mass share of breast part and thighs reach 37.87 and 30.24% of carcass weight. Such traits are typical for high productive foreign crosses.
