The hypothesis testing technique uses the t test, F test, alnd the coefficient of determinaltion. The results of the study show thalt simultalneously alll independent valrialbles halve al positive alnd significalnt effect on employee performalnce alt PT. Walni Sinergi Bersalmal in Suralbalyal. Palrtiallly the results of competency, motivaltion, alnd tralining valrialbles halve al positive alnd significalnt effect on the performalnce of employees of PT. 工作能力、动力和培训对PT. WANI协同工作人员绩效的影响
本研究旨在确定胜任力、动机和培训三项效价是否会影响Suralbalyal公司全体员工的绩效,使用的样本数量为45人,均为Suralbalyal公司全体员工。数据收集过程采用问卷调查,由员工使用李克特量表测量工具填写。本研究为定性研究,分析方法为多元线性回归分析、经典假设检验、效度检验、信度检验。假设检验技术使用t检验、F检验和决定系数。研究结果表明,在苏拉尔巴利公司,所有独立效价对员工绩效均有显著的正向影响。胜任力、动机和培训效价的部分结果对华润协同员工的绩效均有显著的正向影响。决定系数(R2)的结果为50.9%,即胜任力、动机和工作培训效价对员工绩效的影响,其余为本研究之外的其他效价对员工绩效的影响。关键词:胜任力,激励,培训,员工绩效
