Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kesukaan konsumen terhadap tahu dengan penambahan nigarin dan cuka. Manfaat penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kesukaan konsumen terhadap tahu dengan penambahan nigarin dan cuka sebagai bahan penggumpal. Perlakuan yang digunakan dalam pembuatan tahu ini adalah P1 ( nigarin 20 ml), P2 (nigarin 15 ml dan cuka 5 ml), P3 (nigarin 10 ml dan cuka 10 ml), dan P4 (cuka 20 ml).Tingkat kesukaan konsumen diuji dengan uji hedonik dengan skala 1-5 ( skala 1 : sangat tidak suka, skala 2 : tidak suka, skala 3 : cukup, skala 4 : suka, dan skala 5 : sangat suka).Hasil uji tingkat kesukaan konsumen terhadap warna menunjukkan suka pada P1 sebanyak 50%. Hasil uji terhadap aroma menunjukkan suka pada P1 dan P2 sebanyak 55%. Hasil uji terhadap rasa menunjukkan suka pada P1 sebanyak 65%. Hasil uji terhadap tekstur menunjukkan cukup pada P4 sebanyak 50%. Kata kunci : kedelai, tahu, nigarin, dan cuka

Suatu perusahaan berjalan dengan baik jika perusahaan memiliki sumber daya manusia yang berpengetahuan, berketrampilan, serta memiliki keinginan untuk mengelola perusahaan seoptimal mungkin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, disiplin, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Niki Mapan Surabaya. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 50 karyawan PT. Niki Mapan Surabaya yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan rumus slovin. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, disiplin, dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Niki Mapan Surabaya yang dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t, yaitu nilai signifikansi variabel motivasi kerja (X1) 0,028 < 0,05,. Pada variabel disiplin kerja (X2) nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,009 < 0,05,. Pada variabel lingkungan kerja (X3) nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel bebas motivasi, disiplin, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil pengujian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, disiplin dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja PT. Niki Mapan Surabaya yang dibuktikan dengan hasil uji F yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Sedangkan hasil pengujian secara koefisien Determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, disiplin dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 77,2% sedangkan sisanya sebanyak 22,8% (100% - 77,2%) dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian. Kata Kunci : Motivasi, disiplin, lingkungan kerja, dan kinerja karyawan

Salah satu tujuan jangka panjang dari sebuah perusahaan adalah meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan, diantaranya adalah profitabilitas dan kepemilikan manajerial. Atas dasar pemikiran tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, yang diproksikan dengan ROA (return on assets) dan moderasi kepemilikan manajerial (MO) terhadap nilai perusahaan, yang diproksikan dengan PBV (price to book value) pada perusahaan manufaktur industri dasar dan kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan industri dasar dan kimia yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2016 – 2020. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 22 kriteria penelitian perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. (2) Kepemilikan Manajerial memperkuat hubungan antara profitabilitas dengan nilai perusahaan. Work performance is the achievement of individual or group work results in accordance with the responsibility or authority of each employee within a certain period. This study aims to analyze the improvement of work performance influenced by competence, work experience and work environment at PT BFI Finance, Tbk Surabaya Area. This study uses a quantitative approach to determine the level of relationship of work performance influenced by competence, work experience and work environment. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed an increase in work performance influenced by work experience to achieve high employee competence so as to produce a more conducive work environment in accordance with employee needs. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh disiplin kerja yang meliputi disiplin preventif, disiplin positif, dan disiplin progresif terhadap kinerja karyawan Anterja di wilayah Surabaya Penelitian ini menggunakan metode desktiptif kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada kurir Anteraja yang berhasil terkumpul 90 responden yang tersebar di 9 kantor dan 1 drop off Anterja di kota Surabya. Adapun teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regeresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesus. This research aimed to find out, examine, and analyze the effect of the commissionaires’boardsize,independent commissionaires’board, audit committee, and institution ownership structure on the disclosure of management risk at the Telecommunication companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange(IDX).The population was Telecommunication companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2017 up to 2021, consisting of 11 companies. Furthermore,the data collection technique used non-probability sampling, in which all the members of the population were the sample. Moreover, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 25. The research result showed that the independent commissionaires’ board,audit committee, and institution ownership structure had a positive and significant effect on the disclosure of management risk at the Telecommunication companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017 - 2021. On the other hand,commissionaires ’board size had a negative and insignificant effect on the disclosure of management risk at the Telecommunication companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2021. Furthermore,the data collection technique used non-probability sampling, in which all the members of the population were the sample. Moreover, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 25. The research result showed that the independent commissionaires’ board,audit committee, and institution ownership structure had a positive and significant effect on the disclosure of management risk at the Telecommunication companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017 - 2021. This study alims to determine the simultalneous alnd palrtiall effect of Job Stress, Work Environment, alnd Work Discipline on Employee Performalnce alt PT. Kalrmalnd Mitral Alndallaln Suralbalyal. This type of resealrch is qualntitaltive resealrch alnd alll daltal is obtalined through interviews alnd questionnalires. The salmple in this study were employees of the production division of PT. Kalrmalnd Mitral Alndallaln Suralbalyal, totalling 50 people. The salmpling technique uses the salturalted salmple method. The daltal alnallysis method used is the vallidity test, relialbility test, multiple linealr regression alnallysis, clalssicall alssumption test, alnd the coefficient of determinaltion. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of Organizational Climate and Job Satisfaction on Employee Loyalty of PT Telkom Access Telkom North Surabaya Region. This study uses quantitative research with a population of all employees of PT Telkom Access Telkom North Surabaya. Sampling is in accordance with Ferdinand's opinion, so that the research sample obtained is 120 respondents. Using multiple linear regression analysis with t test as a hypothesis test. The results showed that Organizational climate had a significant effect on Employee Satisfaction at PT Telkom Access Telkom North Surabaya with a magnitude of 0.433 or 43.3% with a positive direction of influence, Organizational climate had a significant effect on employee loyalty at PT Telkom Access Telkom North Surabaya with a magnitude of influence of 0.308 or 30.8% with a positive direction of influence. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan citra perusahaan terhadap keunggulan bersaing perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa pengiriman barang yaitu PT. Putra Guna Jaya Mulia Surabaya (sea freight forwarder). Penelitian ini menggunakan pelanggan dari PT. Putra Guna Jaya Mulia Surabaya sebagai sampel. Terdapat 75 pelanggan yang menjadi responden. Data diuji dengan menggunakan uji instrumen yaitu uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik yaitu uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji autokorelasi, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t,uji F dan koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Kualitas Pelayanan, Citra Perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing. Nilai thitung dari masing-masing variabel independen, yaitu Kualitas Pelayanan sebesar 4,913,Citra Perusahaan sebesar 4,820, dan Nilai siginifikansi dari masing-masing variabel independen, yaitu Kualitas Pelayanan sebesar 0,000, Citra Perusahaan sebesar 0,000. Dan secara simultan variabel Kualitas Pelayanan dan Citra Perusahaan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel Keunggulan Bersaing, nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 <5%. 本研究旨在测试和分析服务质量和企业形象对泗水货运服务行业竞争的影响。该研究以PT. anak Jaya泗水的客户为样本。有75名客户接受答辩。用测试数据的有效性和可靠性测试,测试仪器就是常态,multikolinieritas测试,测试经典假设即autokorelasi测试heteroskedastisitas,多元线性回归分析,决心(滑动系数测试t, F和R²)。本研究的分析结果表明,服务质量的部分变量对竞争优势有着显著的影响。每个独立变量的thitung值,即服务质量为4913,企业形象为4820,以及每个独立变量的签名值,即服务质量为10000,企业形象为10000。同时,服务质量和企业形象的变量对竞争优势变量产生了显著的影响,价值为10000 <5%。关键词:服务质量、竞争优势、企业形象
