The feasibility of modulation is established; the functional relationship between duty cycle, chromaticity coordinates and correlated color temperature is established respectively, and the modulation simulation and experiment of three RGB channels are carried out by means of pulse width modulation. It can be seen from the verification results that controlling the RGB three-color LED lamp beads according to the duty cycle can accurately set the relevant chromaticity coordinates of each color light, and realize the chromaticity in different situations. Abstract

Aiming at the problem of color fading of existing railway signals in our country and the problem of chromaticity coordinate shift in special weather conditions, an idea of a lamp panel with adjustable lamp color is proposed. LED铁路信号光色校正灯面板的设计与实现
针对我国现有铁路信号的褪色问题和特殊天气条件下色度坐标偏移问题,提出了一种灯色可调灯面板的设计思路。根据Spyro极值原理,对灯面板阵列进行了分析和设计,并根据Glassman混色定律和国际照明委员会(CIE)标准色度系统的混光原理,对红、绿、蓝(RGB)三色混光进行了分析。确定了调制的可行性;分别建立了占空比、色度坐标和相关色温之间的函数关系,并采用脉宽调制的方法对三个RGB通道进行了调制仿真和实验。从验证结果可以看出,根据占空比控制RGB三色LED灯珠,可以准确设置各色光的相关色度坐标,实现不同情况下的色度。该光板有望解决特殊天气条件下信号颜色衰减和色度坐标偏移的问题。
