According to the findings, evaluating financial capacity, educational technology capacity, and government assistance can assist these institutions in surviving the current crisis. Abstract

The education sector in the Philippines, like all other sectors, has been significantly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. A drastic paradigm shift turned these academic learning institutions into a 360-degree turn. Totally setting aside the traditional physical face-to-face and embracing a hybrid form of learning modalities for the 24.9 million students from the basic and higher education.
