Abstract

With the development of modern logistics industry, as an important part of warehouse logistics system, location planning plays an important role in ensuring the production and operation of enterprises, reducing storage costs and the error rate of orders. Aiming at the logistics of auto parts, this paper puts forward a storage location planning model of spare parts, considering the factors such as order data, transportation cost, transportation frequency and so on. Then, an allocation model is established based on EIQ analysis and classified storage principle, and the integer programming model is solved by lingo software.
