Results: Results of the study are as follows; Efforts outside of videoconferencing group therapyg, Having control over group members and groups, Utilizing technology to facilitate interaction, Intervene in difficult group members and situations, and Positive attitude toward videoconferencing group therapy. Participants' experiences of were summarized as 'understanding the pros and cons of videoconferencing group therapy and creatively coping with difficulties arising inside and outside of the group by using technology and expertise'. Conclusion: Suggestions were proposed for future videoconferencing group therapy. Abstract

小组咨询师应对视频会议小组治疗经验的质性研究
目的:在传统的面对面咨询的同时,视频会议咨询方式在COVID-19期间被广泛采用。本研究以应对经验为研究对象,探讨小组咨询师在视频会议小组治疗中的经验。方法:研究对象为6名团体咨询师。具有3次以上视频会议团体治疗经验,咨询专业硕士或博士学位,5年以上咨询工作经验。每位参与者进行一次或两次深度访谈,并进行记录和转录。数据分析采用恒定比较分析法。结果:研究结果如下:视频会议小组治疗之外的努力,控制小组成员和小组,利用技术促进互动,干预困难的小组成员和情况,以及对视频会议小组治疗的积极态度。参与者的经验被总结为“理解视频会议小组治疗的利弊,并通过使用技术和专业知识创造性地应对小组内外出现的困难”。结论:对今后视频会议小组治疗提出建议。最后,讨论了本研究的意义和局限性。
