The research finding shows that (1) FAL take important roles in TAP to coordinate planning, actuating, reporting with ministry of education, provincial education office, school and university to assure the positive impact for each side, and (2)TAP is one of Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology policies to synergize between school and university to accelerate basic education quality which is need comprehensive policy dealing conversion within curriculum of each department and its program continuity. Abstract

The objective of the research is to study the role of field advisory lecturer (FAL) in encouraging the effectiveness of teaching assistance program (TAP). 本研究的目的是研究现场咨询讲师(FAL)在鼓励教学援助计划(TAP)的有效性方面的作用。采用描述性定性方法对4名FALs进行了研究,他们在雅加达和Tangerang周围的TAP第1批和第2批监督36名学生。研究结果表明:(1)学校行政管理部门与教育部、省教育厅、学校、大学等部门协调规划、实施、报告工作,发挥了重要作用,保证了各方面的积极影响;高校科研与技术政策协同推进基础教育质量提升,需要各院系课程内部的综合政策处理转换及其项目的连续性。建议TAP在各方之间将每个任务社会化,考虑每个部门的课程为学分学期,并确保项目的连续性。关键词:Efektivitas, DPL, Program Kampus Mengajar, MBKM
