To this end, we analyzed domestic and foreign patents on unmanned delivery robot technology filed up to July 2021, and classified them according to the technology classification system to present the outlook of unmanned delivery technology. The analysis showed that robots, drones, and unmanned delivery boxes, which combine IoT technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution based on last-mile delivery technology, are expanding their scope of use. In addition, the development of cooperative delivery services combining robots and drones is expected, and the differentiation of delivery costs between rapid delivery by drones and regular delivery by robots is expected. Abstract

With the advent of the untact era due to COVID-19, demand in the existing online market and the courier and logistics industry is accelerating. At the same time, the problem of decreasing available labor force due to decreasing population growth rate and aging is growing, causing difficulties due to labor shortage. 无人配送机器人技术专利趋势分析与预测——以最后一英里配送技术为重点
随着新型冠状病毒感染症(COVID-19)导致的非接触时代的到来,现有的网络市场和快递物流行业的需求正在加速增长。与此同时,由于人口增长率下降和老龄化导致的可用劳动力减少的问题日益突出,造成了劳动力短缺的困难。本文从国家、技术、主要申请人等方面分析了无人配送系统的专利申请趋势,并通过指数分析确定了主要公司的专利活动程度。为此,我们对截至2021年7月的国内外无人配送机器人技术专利申请情况进行了分析,并按照技术分类体系对其进行了分类,以呈现无人配送技术的前景。分析结果显示,以最后一英里配送技术为基础,结合第四次工业革命物联网(IoT)技术的机器人、无人机、无人配送箱等正在扩大使用范围。此外,预计机器人与无人机合作配送服务的发展,以及无人机快速配送与机器人常规配送的配送成本分化。本文旨在提高相关企业和研究人员对无人配送技术的认识,并为未来研究和开发高效的最后一英里配送提供参考
