In addition, using a Chinese automobile manufacturer as an example, the results of the model of maximizing economic effects (i.e., minimizing costs) and maximizing environmental effects by conducting case verification and using lingo 11.0 are as follows. \nFirst, the cost of transportation using pure electric vehicles under the same carbon emission policy is lower than using fuel cars. \nSecond, under the two carbon policies, carbon trading policies have a better emission reduction effect and lower network operating costs. \nThird, we found that transactional carbon constraints help companies reduce costs and reduce carbon emissions, and help shape long-term, even image-oriented, corporate behavior. \nBy analyzing the optimization of China's waste vehicle reverse logistics network, this study promotes the sustainable and sound development of Chinese waste vehicle recovery companies and realizes the double benefits of the economic environment. Abstract

中国汽车行业逆向物流网络优化研究——以中国废旧汽车为例
逆向物流网络设计是战略层面的决策,废弃车辆的回收过程离不开完整的逆向物流网络的支持。本研究在绿色经济和循环经济背景下,分别设计了碳税政策和碳交易市场政策约束下的垃圾汽车逆向物流网络,建立了以碳排放和成本最小化为目标的多目标混合整数线性规划模型。此外,以中国某汽车制造企业为例,通过案例验证,使用行话11.0,得出经济效益最大化(即成本最小化)和环境效益最大化模型的结果如下:首先,在同样的碳排放政策下,使用纯电动汽车的运输成本低于使用燃油汽车。第二,在两种碳政策下,碳交易政策具有更好的减排效果和更低的网络运行成本。第三,我们发现交易性碳约束有助于企业降低成本和减少碳排放,并有助于塑造长期的、甚至以形象为导向的企业行为。本研究通过对中国废旧汽车逆向物流网络优化的分析,促进了中国废旧汽车回收企业的持续健康发展,实现了经济环境的双重效益。学术界开展逆向物流活动的研究和实践具有一定的意义
