Research objectives: 1) Determine the effect of Pilates gymnastics and Zumba gymnastics methods on reducing body fat of Arimbi gymnastics members 2) Knowing the effect of reducing body fat between high flexibility and low flexibility of Arimbi gymnastics members. 3) Determine the effect of the interaction between gymnastic methods and flexibility on reducing body fat of Arimbi gymnastics studio members. The method used in this study was an experimental method with a 2 x 2 factorial design. The population in this study was members of Arimbi gymnastics studios totaling 50 people. Sample consists of 40 people. The study was conducted by the experimental method.
