Abstract

Building intelligence has become a new requirement for the development of the construction industry in the Internet era, and the use of traditional engineering cost models for complex and huge construction projects will produce results with large data errors and inaccurate calculation results. Based on this, this paper analyzes the application status of BIM technology in engineering cost management at home and abroad, summarizes the advantages of BIM technology in the process of large-scale project cost, based on this, this paper improves the traditional construction project cost model, uses the principal component analysis method to establish a large-scale construction project valuation model, gradually reduces the external interference factors, reasonably quantifies the measurement standards, and constructs a large-scale building cost estimation model system centered on BIM. 基于BIM技术的大型工程造价估算模型
建筑智能化已成为互联网时代建筑行业发展的新要求,对于复杂庞大的建筑项目,采用传统的工程造价模型会产生数据误差大、计算结果不准确的结果。基于此,本文分析了BIM技术在国内外工程造价管理中的应用现状,总结了BIM技术在大型工程造价过程中的优势,在此基础上,对传统的建筑工程造价模型进行改进,采用主成分分析法建立大型建筑工程造价模型,逐步减少外部干扰因素;合理量化计量标准,构建以BIM为核心的大型建筑造价估算模型体系。通过与实际数据的对比,实验结果表明,该模型在估算大型工程造价时更为准确,新模型对大型建设工程造价的研究具有一定的现实意义。
