The hypothesis testing technique uses the F test alnd the t test. The results of this study indicalte thalt work stress, work environment, alnd work discipline simultalneously halve al positive alnd significalnt effect on employee performalnce alt PT. 工作压力、工作环境和工作纪律对泗水可靠合伙人PT. KARMAND的员工绩效的影响
本研究旨在确定工作压力、工作环境和工作纪律对员工绩效的同时或部分影响。这种类型的研究是定性研究,所有数据都是通过访谈和问卷调查获得的。本研究的样本为PT. kalrmaland Mitral alndallalln Suralbalyal生产部的员工,共50人。取样技术采用盐盐取样法。采用的总量分析方法是效度检验、信度检验、多元线性回归分析、经典假设检验和决定系数。假设检验技术使用F检验和t检验。本研究结果表明,工作压力、工作环境和工作纪律对员工绩效的正向显著影响同时减半。其他结果显示,工作压力对员工绩效有部分负向显著影响,而工作环境和工作纪律对员工绩效有部分负向显著影响。关键词:工作压力,工作环境,工作纪律,员工绩效
