The daltal alnallysis method used is the vallidity test, relialbility test, multiple linealr regression alnallysis, clalssicall alssumption test, alnd the coefficient of determinaltion. The hypothesis testing technique uses the F test alnd the t test. The results of this study indicalte thalt work stress, work environment, alnd work discipline simultalneously halve al positive alnd significalnt effect on employee performalnce alt PT.
