The optimization of the 3D printing path and process parameters, the advantages and disadvantages of 3D printing materials are studied in detail. On this basis, the experimental research on 3D printing materials of structural bridge ornaments is focused. Through the tensile and bending strength tests, high and low-temperature cycle tests, and high-temperature deformation tests, the feasibility of applying ABS materials to the 3D printing of structural bridge ornaments is determined.
