This study aims to analyze the improvement of work performance influenced by competence, work experience and work environment at PT BFI Finance, Tbk Surabaya Area. This study uses a quantitative approach to determine the level of relationship of work performance influenced by competence, work experience and work environment. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis. Abstract
Work performance is the achievement of individual or group work results in accordance with the responsibility or authority of each employee within a certain period. This study aims to analyze the improvement of work performance influenced by competence, work experience and work environment at PT BFI Finance, Tbk Surabaya Area.
