Powder and water extract were found to have been stable for a year after analyzing them with HPLC. Abstract
For toxicity assessment, powders and water extracts from the Piperis Longi Fructus were manufactured, and the component analysis were analyzed according to the Korean Herbal Pharmacopoeia method. Stability tests of powders and water extracts from the Piperis Longi Fructus were investigated at refrigerated and room temperature for one year.
