This study uses a mix method, namely panel data regression with the object of 10 provinces and districts in West Nusa Tenggara. Descriptive qualitative approach by proposing the concept of sociopreneur as a constructive solution to the implementation of pro-poor tourism. The data from this study were obtained from interviews with related departments, direct observations and from related documents. The results showed that the seven variables in this study, namely the number of tourist visits, the number of tourism businesses, the population, the average length of schooling, unemployment, GDP and PAD had a significant effect on poverty in 10 districts and cities in NTB both simultaneously and individually.
