Abstract
Pulmonary sclerosing pneumocytoma (PSP) is a rare benign neoplasm, predominantly occurring in middle-aged women. When first reported, PSP was thought to be vascular in origin and named pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma because of its high morphological similarity to cutaneous sclerosing hemangioma.
