A path analysis was formed by establishing a structural equation modeling in accordance with the purpose of the study. The collected data shows that work interference with family does not have a direct effect on life satisfaction, and family interference with work (FIW) does not have a direct effect on job satisfaction, either. WIF affects job satisfaction negatively and directly and this effect can predict life satisfaction.
