This study uses quantitative research with a population of all employees of PT Telkom Access Telkom North Surabaya. Sampling is in accordance with Ferdinand's opinion, so that the research sample obtained is 120 respondents. Using multiple linear regression analysis with t test as a hypothesis test. The results showed that Organizational climate had a significant effect on Employee Satisfaction at PT Telkom Access Telkom North Surabaya with a magnitude of 0.433 or 43.3% with a positive direction of influence, Organizational climate had a significant effect on employee loyalty at PT Telkom Access Telkom North Surabaya with a magnitude of influence of 0.308 or 30.8% with a positive direction of influence. 摘要
本研究旨在分析并确定PT Telkom Access Telkom北泗水地区的组织氛围和工作满意度对员工忠诚度的影响。本研究采用定量研究的人口与PT Telkom接入电信北泗水的所有员工。抽样是按照Ferdinand的意见,这样得到的研究样本是120名受访者。采用多元线性回归分析,以t检验作为假设检验。结果表明,组织氛围对PT Telkom Access Telkom North Surabaya的员工满意度有显著影响,影响幅度为0.433或43.3%,具有正向影响;组织氛围对PT Telkom Access Telkom North Surabaya的员工忠诚度有显著影响,影响幅度为0.308或30.8%,具有正向影响。员工满意度对PT Telkom Access Telkom North Surabaya的员工忠诚度有显著影响,影响幅度为0.274或27.4%,影响方向为正向。关键词:组织氛围,员工满意度,员工忠诚度
