有一种观点认为,港口规划建设会对海洋水动力和环境产生一定程度的影响。青岛港东家口港区拟建两座防波堤和若干高桩码头。以该工程为例,建立了水动力模型和水环境模型,研究了防波堤和码头规划建设对海洋动力和环境的影响。仿真结果表明,在2公里的距离上,水流速度不再发生变化。规划实施后,潮量下降约0.07%。港口建设产生的悬浮泥沙对周边水域水质产生不利影响。所得结论对港口规划和建设具有一定的参考价值。
