The system architecture includes physical layer, data layer, virtual layer and application layer, and the interconnection of all levels of the monitoring system is realized by using information technologies such as the Internet of Things, PLC and MES. Through data integration display and virtual factory display, the on-site comprehensive monitoring and intelligent simulation analysis of the production line can accurately locate the abnormal conditions in the production process, which can provide early warning and optimization decisions quickly. 摘要

随着信息技术的快速发展,制造业正在向数字化、智能化转型。实现实体工厂和虚拟工厂之间的实时交互和数据融合是实现智能化的瓶颈之一。为了避免这一问题,有必要设计一个基于数字孪生技术的预制构件生产线动态监控系统。系统架构包括物理层、数据层、虚拟层和应用层,利用物联网、PLC、MES等信息技术实现监控系统各层的互联互通。通过数据集成显示和虚拟工厂显示,对生产线进行现场全面监控和智能模拟分析,可以准确定位生产过程中的异常情况,快速提供预警和优化决策。结果表明,该系统能够对生产线进行实时监控和预测,具有较好的实用性,可为实现生产线的动态监控提供参考。
