So, it is possible to analyze the condition of the insulation on the basis of PDC. In this paper, the Debye model parameters are estimated from the depolarization current. It is identified from the branch parameters that with increase of ageing duration the branch parameters as well as the time constant of each branch distinctly increased. An equation is derived which is based on released charge from the depolarization current. 摘要

本文通过德拜模型分析,阐述了老化对聚合物绝缘材料的影响。极化去极化电流(PDC)测量是一种判断高压绝缘介质状态的无创技术。极化电流是传导电流和位移电流的结合,而去极化电流只与偶极子弛豫有关,不涉及传导电流。因此,去极化电流直接取决于响应函数,而响应函数又取决于介质的固有特性。因此,通过对配电柜的分析,对其绝缘状况进行分析是可能的。本文利用去极化电流估计Debye模型参数。从分支参数可以看出,随着老化时间的增加,分支参数和各分支的时间常数都有明显的增加。导出了一个基于去极化电流释放电荷的方程。从方程中可以观察到识别老化状态的参数。
