摘要

在肉鸡的试验中已经确定,在饲料中使用2 - 7%的蛋白质生物量来部分替代鱼粉、豆粕或饲料酵母,可以确保家禽体重与对照相当,具有高宜居性和良好的饲料转化率,而不会对肉鸡骨骼系统质量产生负面影响。实验证明,部分替代豆粕或完全替代饲料酵母时,试验家禽的钙、磷沉积率和总骨矿化率与对照相当。以蛋白质生物量替代部分鱼粉和全鱼粉,磷含量分别降低0.56%和0.44%,但钙和粗灰分含量与对照差异不显著。
