PENINGKATAN EMPLOYEES WORK PERFORMANCE DIPENGARUHI COMPETENCIES, WORK EXPERIENCE AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work performance is the achievement of individual or group work results in accordance with the responsibility or authority of each employee within a certain period. This study aims to analyze the improvement of work performance influenced by competence, work experience and work environment at PT BFI Finance, Tbk Surabaya Area. This study uses a quantitative approach to determine the level of relationship of work performance influenced by competence, work experience and work environment. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed an increase in work performance influenced by work experience to achieve high employee competence so as to produce a more conducive work environment in accordance with employee needs.
