La asistencia religiosa hospitalaria en Irlanda, Reino Unido y España

In this paper, an analysis of the religious hospital care systems in Ireland, the United Kingdom and Spain is carried out. A perspective of how religious freedom is respected has been adopted. Topics such as its foundation, religious equality, the normative framework of its regulation and the specific organization are addressed, as well as the legal status of chaplains. En este trabajo se realiza un análisis de los sistemas de asistencia religiosa hospitalaria en Irlanda, Reino Unido y España desde la perspectiva del respeto a la libertad religiosa. Se abordan temas como su fundamentación, el respeto a la igualdad en el ámbito religioso, el marco normativo de su regulación y la concreta organización, así como el estatuto jurídico de los capellanes
