Dukungan Sosial, Optimisme, Harapan dan Kesiapan Kerja Siswa

This study aims to determine the correlation between social support, optimism and hope with career adaptability. The subjects of this study were 201 students of Pharmacy Vocational High School in Cirebon Regency. The Sampling used cluster random sampling techniques. Data collection tools that are used such as social support scale, optimism scale, hope scale and career adaptability scale. Data analysis used regression analysis,it obtained values of F equal 65.699 and p equal 0.000 (p less than 0.05). This shows that the variable of social support, optimism and hope simultaneously has a correlation with career adaptability (hypothesis accepted). While partially, it was got the score p equal 0. 034 (p less than 0.05) for social supporting with career adaptability, p equal 0.040 (p less than 0.05) for optimism with career adaptability and p equal 0.537 (p greater than 0.05) for hope with career adaptability. There fore, there is a correlation between social support and optimism with career adaptability. And there is no correlation between hope with career adaptability.
