In this research, there were 6 subjects which is 3 subjects in the control group and 3 subjects in the experimental group taken by accidental sampling technique. The experimental design used was pretest-posttest control group design. Statistical calculations using the Mann-Whitney U Test by calculating the gain score in the results of the pre test and post test. Based on the hypothesis test conducted, the value of U equal 0,000 and p equal 0,05, and the difference in the average pre-test and post-test on the experimental group employees (6,33) is greater than the control group employees (0,00). This shows that there is a difference in the increase in psychological well-being on employees after getting a Friendly Arts Program. 摘要
本研究旨在确定友善艺术计划对提高员工心理健康的有效性。本研究共6名受试者,采用随机抽样的方法,其中对照组3名,实验组3名。实验设计采用前测后测对照组设计。统计计算使用曼-惠特尼U检验,通过计算前测和后测结果中的增益分数。根据所进行的假设检验,U = 0000, p = 0.05,实验组员工(6,33)的平均前测和后测差异大于对照组员工(0,00)。这表明,参加友好艺术项目后,员工的心理健康水平有所提高。接受友好艺术项目的员工比没有接受友好艺术项目的员工在心理健康方面经历了更高的变化。
