In this study, we evaluated the use of the MPS method by using a direct sampling algorithm with Python that will directly sample the training image and then retrieve the data based on the sample data. A braided channel training image is used as the initial model to estimate the distribution of reservoir properties in lithology with sand and shale types. 摘要

多点地质统计(MPS)是一种地质统计方法,通过同时利用周围的几个数据点来估计未采样位置的值。MPS方法通过在初始数据的基础上定义一个模型来估计它,初始数据以训练图像的形式出现,训练图像是研究区域的地质概念模型形式的数据集合,整合了地质和地球物理知识。MPS方法不同于传统的基于协方差的地质统计学方法,如简单克里格法和普通克里格法,这些方法只使用基于两点之间关系的变异函数,目前正处于发展阶段。在本研究中,我们通过使用Python的直接采样算法来评估MPS方法的使用,该算法将直接对训练图像进行采样,然后根据样本数据检索数据。利用辫状河道训练图像作为初始模型,估计砂页岩岩性下储层物性分布。研究表明,MPS比克里格法更能重建地质特征。
