Abstract

Micro-expression is a spontaneous expression that cannot be suppressed by humans and an important way to reveal hidden emotions. In order to respond to the increasing service demand and improve service quality, the application of deep learning micro-expression analysis in the service industry can not only detect the service quality of service personnel, evaluate and score service personnel in real time, but also perform real-time evaluation and evaluation of service personnel.
