In order to respond to the increasing service demand and improve service quality, the application of deep learning micro-expression analysis in the service industry can not only detect the service quality of service personnel, evaluate and score service personnel in real time, but also perform real-time evaluation and evaluation of service personnel. Score, it can also detect the emotional changes of the served person in real time and formulate corresponding service strategies. This article uses a 13- layer VGG structure convolution model. Abstract
Micro-expression is a spontaneous expression that cannot be suppressed by humans and an important way to reveal hidden emotions.
